We maintain accountability and drive progress through monthly milestone reporting, creating momentum for change. Furthermore, this initiative inspires residents to take on the role of be well Block Captain Connectors, enhancing local leadership and community resilience from within.

To create political and social awareness regarding issues that directly and/or adversely affect our communities, it is necessary to be educated. Through activism and education, we can redefine the standards that have been placed upon us.

By providing vital organization, facilitation, resources, and funding, be well ensures that underserved communities in Northeast Park Hill, Greater Park Hill, Central Park, East Colfax, Montebello, and Northwest Aurora gain essential access to equitable health services, wellness education, and professional training.
